When do I get paid?
When the case settles — typically 6 to 12 weeks from the accident, depending on the at-fault insurer. We pay by bank transfer the same day the success fee lands.
What if the case doesn't settle?
Then no payout — referrals are paid on settled cases only. In practice, ~95% of non-fault claims with clear liability settle.
Does the driver I refer pay anything?
No. Non-fault claims are zero-cost to the driver — the at-fault insurer pays for everything. Your £100 comes out of the success fee the panel solicitor pays us, not out of the driver's pocket.
Can I refer my own family / colleagues?
Yes. We don't restrict. As long as it's a real non-fault accident, we pay the referral fee.
How do I know my referral was tagged to me?
When the case settles, we'll WhatsApp you with the payout. If you want a status update before then, just message us with your name + the driver's name.
